𝓟𝓮𝓹𝓹𝓮 & 𝓢𝓪𝓷𝓭𝓻𝓪
We are Peppe and Sandra, a couple who devoted our lives to raising our beloved sons, Corrado and Paolo.
When they grew older, we decided to invest our time in a project that had lived in our hearts for years: bringing our old family masseria back to life—a place rich in history and memories, yet a bit forgotten over time.
One autumn evening, as we looked out over the breathtaking landscape surrounding the masseria—on one side the Ionian Sea blending into the sky, on the other the green fields of the Val di Noto—we realized the moment had come.
Encouraged by the enthusiasm of our children, we transformed what was once a ruin into a refuge for travelers, a place to relax and rediscover the true essence of Sicily: its nature, traditions and authenticity.
That’s how our adventure began: restoring the old “Casuzze”, once stables and granaries, and creating two elegant and exclusive apartments. We wanted to preserve the simple charm of Sicilian rural architecture while combining it with modern comfort.
Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to offer the perfect balance of style, tradition and warm hospitality.
Today, our renovated masseria tells the story of Sicilian identity and folklore, a tribute to the values we grew up with: hard work, simplicity and genuine hospitality.
We warmly invite every traveler who wishes to discover the heart of our island to visit us and enjoy a special stay in our Casuzze, a small corner of peace where Sicily can be felt in every detail.
To guide us in this journey, we embraced the words of Barbara Hall:
“This is the secret to hospitality: making your guests feel welcome and at home.
If you do it honestly, the rest takes care of itself.”
